The following documents apply to schools and educational facilities ONLY. If you are planning any other building project, please consult the permit forms from the department of Planning and Development.
Projects After 1/1/2025
Building Permits
A signed set of:
- Form 36-10 Application for Building Permit
- Form 36-11 Plan Review Statements (if not applicable, indicate NA)
- Form 36-35 Confirmation of Plan Review Records(if not applicable, indicate NA)
An electronic copy of:
- Plans/Specifications (signed/sealed by architect)
- Project Manual (signed/sealed by architect)
Occupancy Permits
A signed set of:
- Form 36-15 Application for Occupancy Permit
- Form 36-36 Inspection Statements(if not applicable, indicate NA)
- Form 36-37 Confirmation of Called Inspection Records(if not applicable, indicate NA)
Temporary or Mobile Unit Facility Occupancy Permits (required annually)
A signed set of:
Statement of Completion
(For Work Not Impacting Occupancy)
A signed set of:
- Form 36-38 Statement of Completion
- Form 36-36 Inspection Statements(if not applicable, indicate NA)
- Form 36-37 Confirmation of Called Inspection Records (if not applicable, indicate NA)
